This report shows the pupils' level of attainment each term in the current academic year.  Levels of attainment are colour coded for the end of the year based on age-related expectations. Following each pupil’s name, the report indicates the number of sub-levels progress since the previous summer’s teacher assessment, e.g. [+2].

Pupils on an intervention programme (in a User Defined Group) are identified by * before their names and SEN pupils are identified by # before their names. The last page of the report lists the details of the User Defined Groups and the SEN status for those pupils.

Selection options are: Subject, Year Group and Class or Set

Value Added  
This report shows the progress made by each pupil, term by term, when compared to their expected value added progress. The report allows in-depth analysis of pupil progress across the school by subject, year group, class, set, user defined group and gender.

2 Level Progress - Pupil Detail  


For each pupil for each of the subjects the report shows:
       o Key Stage 1 Teacher Assessment
       o Key Stage 2 Prediction/Target
       o Teacher Assessment for the selected term
       o Term Prediction/Target for the selected term
       o Further sub-levels progress required to achieve 2 levels progress from KS1 to KS2.
2Level Pupil Detail
2 Levels Progress - Summary  
  This report summarises the 2 Level Progress and Targets across the school for the years between Key Stage 1
and Key Stage 2.
For each of the years 3, 4, 5 and 6, for each subject, the number and percentage predicted/targeted to make 2 Levels progress by KS2 is shown. This is calculated using the KS2 predictions/targets that have been allocated to pupils and the KS1 levels they have attained.
For years 5 and 6 the number and percentage of those who have already achieved 2 Levels Progress is shown for each term and the end of year test.
2 Level Summary
English & Maths L4+/L5+  
  This report shows the number and percentage of pupils that have reached Level 4 and above and Level 5 and above in both English AND Maths for each term and the year end test for the selected year.
The number and percentage of those predicted to achieve L4+ and L5+ based on the Year End prediction/target and the Key Stage 2 prediction/target are also shown

School % Distribution


This report shows the distribution of assessment grades for a given subject across the whole school for a particular term.

This report shows the distribution of assessment grades for a given subject and year group for each term through the year.

Year End Attainment

This report shows the percentage distribution of pupils reaching each attainment level at the end of the year in both Teacher Assessment and Year End test if undertaken.

It compares this to the pupils' expected distribution of attainment levels in their Year End Value Added Targets which are based on their end of Key Stage predictions.

Finally it summarises the percentage of pupils who achieve or better their expected level in:

All Subjects - Pupil Report  


This report shows the pupils' level of attainment across all four subjects for the selected term and compares it with their expected value added progress.

School Organisation Summary  


The report shows for each class by year group: Class ID, Teacher(s), number of boys and girls on roll and the number with SEN status; with totals by class, year group and school.

Also shows for each set by year group: Set ID, Teacher(s), number of boys, number of girls and total
